The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. The variety of workouts and classes are great for every skill level.
We love how clean the pool and complex is regardless of how busy or weekday versus weekend day. There are plenty of lifeguards with a keen eye to see inappropriate behavior or if any child is running around the pool area. We love the snack shack and variety of snacks and drinks at great prices.

The group classes. I wish there were more in the afternoon. I especially like Pilates and only one of the classes is convenient for me.
I like the front desk services. For the most part, they are all very friendly.
I like that the instructors recognize new participants in most group classes and they work to make them feel welcome. Some staff are better at it than others but those that have modeled welcoming have inspired participants to welcome new attendees. First name removed M., Cindy D., and Michelle A are the best at welcoming new participants.

Well thought out and implemented swim lessons. A friendly, constructive atmosphere.
The instructors and the people involved in the LiveStrong/ForeverFit program. They really seem to care about the individual and know how to encourage.
I love how patient our instructor, Molly, is. She takes the time to talk with each family during the lesson and gives advice based on each child.
Calypso Cove super family friendly I have kids ages 4-11. We love all the youth sports program and workout classes available.
