Clean, friendly environment and has water classes I enjoy on schedule I can do.
Livestrong program.
There are a few things I’d like to mention. I do like the YMCA and recommend it to others. There are a few experiences I have had. There have been times I went to fitness classes but certain of those attending the class were not very welcoming. It made me feel very hurt and sad inside. Also, the instructor did not show up for a spin basics class. She may have had an emergency. I don’t know.
I do have to give good compliments of Ashley Morrison who teaches yoga. She is always above and beyond and shows so much care and compassion for others. I truly enjoy attending her classes. I highly recommend her classes!

The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff are wonderful and attentive to ensure a safe and friendly environment. The new equipment is also excellent.

The Livestrong Program for cancer survivors. Very helpful, compassionate and practical. A way to regain your physical and emotional strength. A blessing being with other survivors, who love and support you.
