Facilities, staff.
When I walked inside the Northeast YMCA I felt WONDERFUL!!!!! I was greeted with lots of Smiles. Everyone was So Friendly and Helpful. It is still that way every time I come. I am a Proud Member of the LIVESTRONG Program. Barbara Millhollan is Awesome!! Meeting Barb and all the other members was like we already knew each other. We are Family!! I really enjoy coming to the Northeast YMCA.I will continue to come after the program is finished. I am doing things I never knew I could do. WE ALL WALK AS ONE!!!!!!!!

I love this clean, friendly location that is large enough to have everything I could possibly want, yet small enough to not overwhelm.
Great classes that allow you to work as hard as you desire. Instructors that care enough to learn your name.
Lots of equipment for individuals to work out.
Nice large women's locker room.
The locker room is clean. The swimming pool and exercise machines are well maintained. The stuff members are cooperative and friendly.
Kids club
It’s an amazing place for families. So clean and organized. My kids love the kids club and pools.

I like how all different “types” of people come to the Y. What I mean by that is it’s young people, older, families, teens, of all shapes and sizes with their friends or family, all coming to be together.
It doesn’t feel intimidating or the stereotypical gym. It feels very welcoming, and the employees I feel like get to know you and are just friendly!
I like how the Y also is more than just a gym. It offers a variety of services for all people, and it does a lot to give back to its community.
I have been a member of the Y since high school, I used to work for the Y and now my husband and I are members together! Thank you for all you do!!
everyone is so nice and friendly. will help you with whatever the problem. Have met some wonderful folks that also go to the Y that are now my friends.
I’m always greeted with a smile and kind people. It’s clean! The kids club workers is what takes the cake. They are kind! They are sweet to the kiddos. And they act like they actually like to watch and play with kids. They know what to do with a crying or timid child. And my boys have always loved going. As a mother, that means a lot.
Every time I come into Northeast campus it feels very clean, great staff is very friendly, & the cybex equipment is up to date.
The equipment also is always picked up, & rarely is anything out of commission period.
The vibe of the weight room is super easy going for any age range.
Family oriented… so many options and events… Also the financial assistance, making it possible for my daughter and I to be a part of the Y family! She has grown up with you all! It’s a second home for us.

Lap swim reservation, great idea this actually kept me at the Y. So many times before could not get in a lane...was all random. Lifeguards do there job alot better now too.

The group fitness classes and the friends I have made. Previously went to Middletown until it closed. I missed my friends so much I came back and am even willing to pay to come back. Going to be a great 2022!
