I love the Zumba classes that are offered at Northeast! I always get the best workouts and the staff are always so nice.
I like the group exercise classes. I do not like how certain lifegiards at calypso cove are not watching the children. One in particular paid no attention to the children swimming, so much so other life guards stepped in. The lifeguard, when I expressed my concern that he was not paying attention, appeared confused and distracted.
I really enjoy The Y. I love the Sunday biweekly Zumba class. I hope they don’t get held outside in this heat. We have a lot of fun. I recommend adding a Sunday 2 pm cardio class on the Sunday’s there isn’t Zumba. Something like a step or cardio boxing class would be amazing! I think the Northeast Y should have cardio boxing and step class.
Clean facility and the latest equipment.
It's clean, well maintained and can bring in your snacks and drinks. The enclosed outside pool allows kids and parents to relax and enjoy the summer!

The cleanliness and safe atmosphere at Calypso Cove. As a mom of 4 young kids, I greatly appreciate the attentiveness of the lifeguards throughout the pool. I also love how there is something for all ages. This is somewhere I feel very comfortable taking my kids on my own.
The atmosphere. The access to do much equipment. Such a variety of group classes. The knowledge of the instructors.
I only participate in the aqua fitness classes. I enjoy the physical activity and the socialization.
Great customer service and great services for families. Anyone with children should 💯 become a member. Parents night out is amazing and a marriage saver!
