I like the friendly staff, family atmosphere, the Bible and faith believers, clean facility & caring people in general. I hope you all place the Bible out again. Even if in a clear container around it. Just to know we believe in God, Jesus Christ & Holy Spirit. We are protected by God's armor. Please display it. We need the Bible during these time. Hope, Faith & Love. Thank you

Not very crowded, easy to get to the location. Staff is friendly, facility is clean, women's lockers have nice dressing rooms.

It is a great place to not only work on getting fit, but to meet new friends. Everyone is friendly, and instructors encourage you to do your best, but also to listen to your body and adapt whenever you need. It is a fun place to be, a community, a family.
You are not just a person, you have a "Family" that cares about you and your life. Its like visiting a member of your family. Its my personal "excercise room " with friends.

Group classes
I enjoy the workout classes. You have fabulous instructors who are dedicated to fitness. Even during the lock downs/closures many of your instructors took to the internet with free daily workouts. These are my people particularly Jeana Renner and Lisa Krober Ware. Your staff is stellar. Please show your appreciation for these workers.
The facility is well maintained. Most importantly the staff is very friendly…always greeting with the smile.
I love that I my entire family can join. Health is a family affair.
Best- the lap lanes of the swimming pool are grand. Personnel like Megan, Molly and Brittany are wonderful and welcoming!
Worst- sadly, some members are inconsiderate. Several single, able bodied young men use the family/handicapped bathrooms instead of the regular one. One in particular appears when I am heading from a dressing room to the shower before entering the pool. To make matters worse, he makes sure to get the the bathroom before I reach it in my wheelchair. He puts some items on the sink, then wanders back to his locker for a few minutes, keeping the room out of circulation even longer for the handicapped! I do not know if signage indicating that these rooms were designed for families and the handicapped would reach their conscience.
