The workout room
I absolutely love this gym! The facilities are always clean, the staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. But what really stands out are the swim classes — they’re amazing! The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about teaching. They make every lesson fun while focusing on proper technique and safety. My granddaughter has gained so much confidence and skills thanks to their guidance. If you’re looking for a gym that offers great workouts and top-notch swim instruction, this is the place!

Being a senior myself, l am so aware of the need for social opportunities. The Y is a wonderful place to make and re-establish friendships. They are constantly finding new ways to promote physical and mental activities for the elderly.

I enjoy the classes! The staff are always so helpful and pleasant whenever I need help with equipment or anything for that matter they hop right to it. I needed cups for coffee and the young man that was working was right on it! Awesome place to workout very friendly environment extremely helpful staff! Highly recommend!
