Your staff is very friendly and very helpful.
Being a senior myself, l am so aware of the need for social opportunities. The Y is a wonderful place to make and re-establish friendships. They are constantly finding new ways to promote physical and mental activities for the elderly.

I enjoy the classes! The staff are always so helpful and pleasant whenever I need help with equipment or anything for that matter they hop right to it. I needed cups for coffee and the young man that was working was right on it! Awesome place to workout very friendly environment extremely helpful staff! Highly recommend!
