I love the women’s only workout center and the multiple exercise classes offered. They’re a fun way to get to the gym and be excited about it!

Great facility, lots of options. Especially enjoy the core class at 5:40 on Tuesday and Thursday. Hope we get Sonny back some day!

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love everything about the Y, the friendly helpful staff, everything I need to do any exercise routine I'd like, the sauna, 8 floors of wonderful. There are few places I go that makes me feel as happy. I walk out of there with a feeling of accomplishment, & satisfaction.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Convenience, I work in the same building that the gym is in. It allows me to go for a workout immediately after work. Chris was a great addition to the Watterson Towers Y, he is knowledgeable and always willing to help.
