The set of the gym and equipment make it easy to keep my autistic son on task. The staff at the Joshua YMCA are second to none and very helpful.

My kids love doing all the children activities, swimming and I love my kids can even do classes with me it's a great way to keep them healthy as well and spend time together being active as a family.

I have told many people about my YMCA and am always trying to encourage them to come see for themselves.

The instructors are excellent and they really care about the seniors. The monthly game day and the senior social are wonderful. I feel very welcome at the Y and we feel like a family. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. They make us feel welcome even though we are seniors. I have been in clubs where seniors were not treated as welcome. Great facility and staff.
I’m not involved in any activities or programs, so I can only comment on the gym itself. Super friendly staff, always so helpful and sweet. The facility itself is very clean, machines are very rarely broken. I like the layout also, and feel it’s big enough to not feel crowded. Overall, very satisfied member;)

I attend all the silver snickers classes offered at Joshua Y. I especially like the Boom and new senior spin classes.
The Joshua Y is always clean and the staff is friendly. I look forward to going each day and have felt my best in years.

I love the childcare so I can work out with our worrying about my kids! Also the gym is well laid out and easy to workout in.
I like the family atmosphere. You walk in and they call you by name. The gym is always clean and you don't have to worry about the loud screamers being in there. It's just a nice place to go and get your workout done.

I feel welcome and a part of a great group. The group exercises challenge and provide alternatives for the things I am not able to do. The Senior group has many activities that are fun ,interesting and rewarding. I do not feel out of place. I do not feel odd if I am not doing everything like everyone else. Jeanie Allen

I love to workout in YMCA and recommend to everyone because is a great place no just for me but for my holle family, I always feel at home and the employees are very nice and respectful and ready to assist me, when I need it and they have a lot of activity for kids adults and seniors. I love that even the instructors tell me how to modify the class so that I can continue to participate even eight months pregnant! All the staff is friendly and the childcare is great! I send all my friends to the Y because it reallly does stand out against all the other gyms in Johnson County. The facility alone is impressive. Add all the amazing people that work there and there’s just no comparison.
