We are active in the water aerobics area and enjoy the water jumba and its instructor.
I am in the line dancing class on Monday and Wednesdays at the Benbrook Y. It's a great class and I recently got a choir mate from church to join. She is also very impressed.

I love Body Pump It is becoming so popular they need to add more classes. The Y is kept very clean. The personnel are very friendly

I love it there, there is a lot of machines,and classes.
All of the coaches for the aquatics team are very knowledgeable and willing to work with you to ensure your child has success in the pool. My kid is not on the swim team yet and I thought for sure they were going to put her all the way back to elementary level strokes. Instead they quickly found her comfort level and in the month she has swam with them have helped her become a much more developed swimmer. While looking around Fort Worth their were much more expensive lessons Benbrook YMCA is a steal as far as price and knowledge is concerned. I am certain there aren't many better options in the area then this location!
Great friendly staff and instructors! Very organized and conducive environment. my grandson loves going to swimming lessons because of the caring and safe instructors.

We enrolled our children in private swim lessons with Ms. Pam this summer at the Benbrook YMCA. She was knowledgeable, kind, and thorough and our kids had a safer summer because of our time spent with her. We are so appreciate of her!
