People are friendly and the gym is always clean. They have access to wipes to clean off the equipment. They keep people safe.
There’s something for everyone. Whether child care for the littles to classes, personal trainers, & a variety of apparatus for all ages to us. (I still miss the Arc Trainers).

I love the body balance and yoga classes! I’ve come so far in my physical abilities, strength, and stamina since joking the Y and regularly attending classes. I love the instructors! They are all very passionate about what they do and helping us grow. The monthly fee is so very reasonable for everything we get!
We like the atmosphere and it is very clean at Benbrook YMCA.
We like our Trainer First name removed Kelley, she does a nice job of working with us and every week it is different. We highly recommended getting a membership at this YMCA.

Almost everything a person could want in a family activity center. The building is clean, bright, and airy. The staff are personable and also know what they are doing. Great activities for the whole family. Stephen Stipe
