Freedom to workout independently, swim, and talk to anyone. Lots of friendly people with the same goals.
So far, my one activity has been water aerobics with Judy. I love her enthusiasm and the general friendliness of the group and the Hood County Y.

Since the pandemic, I have been to the gym once. The classes and instructors were always very challenging and knowledgeable. They have always been very professional and helpful. I will be glad when the gym is back to normal.
Everything is clean and nice. The staff is very polite.
Good activities for seniors! Sometimes though there’s not enough room for everyone so it can be crowded.
The swim teacher was very nice, my son had a great time and learned new skills
