It’s very easy to go in and get my work out done. I do wish you were closer to Granbury . I drive 1/2 hr one way .

I’m a big pickleball fan and the Y has been gracious enough to set aside enough time for this fastest growing sport in America. Courts are always full when I play so obviously a lot of people at the Y enjoy playing

Silver Sneakers classes — they are so popular (and packed), they are great; there could be more classes offered.
I love the many choices I have for group classes that are offered. I also enjoy the timing of the different classes.

I love my zumba teacher, Jennifer, and how fun her class is! I also enjoy the line dance class with Judy. She's a hoot!
I like the racquetball court and the weight machines. The people are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent variety of classes for any age with trained instructors. The entire facility has many options for healthy activities from the gym equipment to ideal indoor walking/jogging track overlooking the basketball & pickle ball court downstairs. Personnel are friendly and helpful, always extending a welcome smile and ready to answer any questions or concerns. Hood County is indeed fortunate to have such a great Y! Facility is perfect for walking and exercising safely.

All great at the Y. Awsome program s. Or do your own thing. It can't get any easer. Everything you need to get the job of staying healthy is there.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The new equipment is state of the art. The weight lifting equipment is easy to use specific to one’s ability. Could use connections to Direct TV on some of the recumbent bikes.
