Your Senior Sneakers classes are great. More sessions are needed since numbers must be kept down. Will there be a Zumba for the senior sneakers? We miss having it.
The hours for the pool are very convenient for me. I just hate it when I get out of the routine of swimming!!! Great having my own "personal" bodyguard when I am in the pool.

YMCA has program and activities for every age and with very helpful employees.
Right now I am only interested in 30 minutes a day for 3 days on the treadmill. Fort Worth facility is clean, organized and not crowed. We are social distanced and wearing mask during Covid 19 Pandemic.

Everyone is real nice and it’s the cleanest gym I’ve been too.
I really like the group class instructors, the music they play, and the specific exercises they lead, especially the Zumba classes. The staff at the front desk are awesome!
