I love the convenience and location. Great equipment!! I love that I can get a personal trainer when I need one.

Would give a ten but to many exercise machines are not working. No video feed on half of treadmills causing people to bunch up

Works for me. I only use the weight room and the treadmills. Not too crowded during the times that I go. Great place to work out.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the Silver Sneakers class, and the instructor. Many friends are there, and the other activities like the monthly lunches. Been coming 16 years, and active at 83 years old. THANKS to years of exercise and good genes. It is only five minutes away to a good day with the YMCA. Janet Steppick
