I have noticed some of the machines have not been working for one month. I’m very disappointed that maintenance on the machines are not kept up. My husband quit going to the Northwest Y because of this. Very, very disappointing.

The atmosphere, equipment and staff are delightful It is uplifting to workout in the Northwest YMCA. The stand of trees on the edge of your parking lot can be enjoyed through those large windows in the cardio room. The lineup of of workout machines are making me feel definitely healthier. I'd not used such machines in the past but due to a heart attack my doctor pushed me into rehabilitation. Your machines are providing just the right amount of controllable exercise. The pool workout has been a real boon for my wife. At some point I hope to enjoy it myself. Everyone is so friendly... the whole experience is a joy. Thank You.
The instructors did a good job with the kids and it was structured.
We LOVE the childcare workers-they are attentive and my kiddos always have fun. All the staff at the ymca are so nice also! :)
The body pump, the instructors are awesome.
Love using the equipment. I haven’t tried the other classes that are offered but I plan to soon. I like that I have the option.

The instructors are patient and very kind.
Great that the Lifeguards are very watchful when kids and parents are in the pool. The swim teachers to talk parents after the swim lessons are over.

The kids enjoyed the swim lessons. Staff is friendly and talks to the parents after class. I didn't appreciate driving to lessons only to find they had been cancelled due to water main break in the building. Would have appreciated a heads up.
Swimming lessons were excellent! We will be returning next year.

Brennan instructor Mrs Avery IS AMAZING she pushes him just enough to show his ability but not to much. I don’t know how to remember all those kids names and she even remember his birthday. She definitely doesn’t get paid enough. We love her.
