Hannah was super helpful. I was trying to decide between two bikes. She had both of them transferred to the Norwood store. They were ready for me to try when I got there. I arrived, picked my new bike, and was on my way in 15 minutes! Great experience. Thank you, Hannah!
Great customer service
BEST service. My favorite person is Hannah in Norwood. I have worked with her through the years and appreciate her knowledge and recommendations. Most recently she helped me transition to an electric road bike (because of some health issues) that really doesn't look like an electric bike! Of course, there are other very helpful workers at this location and other Landry's, as well.

I do as much business through Landry's Norwood store as possible to support the fantastic team there. Doug, Hanna, Sean and the whole gang have helped me and my wife with multiple bike purchases, servicing, and even just information and advice on mechanics, gear...even places to ride! Landry's is a large scale retailer with a small shop feel and based on my great experience there, highly recommend them for anything you need from casual riding to elite road and gnarly gravel and mountain biking requirements.
