The guy at the service counter was super helpful - I brought in two bikes for service. He took care of one bike's issues on the spot, and took the time to explain why the other bike should be kept for a couple of days. I had a great experience and this is why I only go to Landrys for my bike needs.

It had been about 20 years since I last bought a bike . The service was great, they were knowledgeable and did not make me feel like an old boomer as they brought me up to speed on the current bike technology.

This location has a great selection of bikes and accessories and as someone who is new to the world of cycling I felt the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help guide my decisions in the right direction and answered all of my questions.

The service from the three young men that were at the register were not helpfuI asked if the bike would b fitted to me and one of them stated no we don/t do that here, Then I asked about financing and they didn't understand what I was talking about.
When I picked up the bike it was coming from Braintree because the size I needed was in Braintree. Spo I stated I would pick it up on Saturday, Put on some accessories to add to the bike and would see them Saturday.
When I went to pick up my bike they had the wrong color bike and questioned if I had ordered the correct color. I stated I did order the silver yes I know what the color was because it had to come from Briantree.
Then A girl took over and helped me wet inyo yje and checked and she stated that medium bike and the silver gray color was there. she stated she would take care of the problem. they ook it in back and switched things over. She was great,
