The caregivers have all been attentive to the patient who has aphasia and dementia.

Helpers were polite and willing to help with tasks around house along with giving patient care. More male helpers on the roster might be good for male patients.

They diligently try to fulfill my every need, and that has been challenging. Their care givers are prompt, reliable and communicate effectively with my wife, who has dementia. There has never been a problem with their billing system and they communicate effectively with my insurance company. Everything I have asked for has been fulfilled and I will continue to use their services.
