Mike was very helpful and kind when setting up the account for my brother Bruce Williams. Bruce’s anxiety was so great he wouldn’t sign the payment agreement, but we were able to do a work around while Bruce was hospitalized and then at home getting anti-depressant and anxiety medications. He set up Bruce with a really extraordinary helper, Kristen. Kristen has been really helpful and willing to communicate what was going on with Bruce as he started to recuperate. Many times, she has gone above and beyond what I would have expected from a home healthcare worker. As a result, Bruce has gotten to like and trust Kristen, not an easy feat with someone who a few weeks earlier refused to sign the paperwork.
The admission process is comprehensively and client plus family focused. All care givers have been kind and thoughtful, making sure they checked with my Dad about how he likes things done.- laundry, bedding, meals. The caregivers are on time and give a synopsis of how my Dad was on his/her shift, things done for the shift and what things would need to be done on the incoming caregiver’s shift. Our admission intake coordinator was available by text or phone. Someone can be reached 24/7 which was very reassuring. At Your Side policies, pricing, and payment methods were explained by the intake coordinator. There were no surprises. I would highly recommend At Your Side should anyone find they are in need of care for a family member. Should my Dad require care services in the future, we will be returning to At Your Side!
Every Caregiver that has been sent to help with my husband has been wonderful. They seem to be well trained and while friendly and relatable they are very professional .
To my surprise the Caregivers keep my husband fully engaged in activities and conversation. I feel confident that he is in good hands.
In addition the Caregivers help with
keeping the house neat and tidy which is a big help to me.

The staff have been very capable and caring. They have built relationships with Mom that have been very comforting for her.
I appreciate the fact that ComForCare works with me and my personal schedule, wants and needs. They also respect the fact that I prefer working with one, same caretaker if at all possible. This way the person knows how my home operates and where things are or need to be put. The gals that I have worked with have been great and very special helpers. It was sad seeing them leave in order to return to nursing school.

I have had ComforCare for over 5 years and had wonderful success with them! I believe this all starts with the owners and their hiring process. Each caregiver that has enter my home has had some type of experience prior to being hired (usually a nursing home.) So, they already know what it takes to care for someone.This takes a special person to begin with...one that is caring, patient and selfless. But, more importantly, each caregiver has had their own special personality to make my day better. Either by conversation, making me laugh, or just by being there for me. I would highly recommend ComforCare for yourself or a loved one.

Great experience with Comforcare Home Care. The caregivers are very helpful and friendly.
We have had n excellent experience with ComForCare Home Care. Initially, we had a number of different caregivers. They were fine. Heather has been with us for a year and it has been a delight. It means so much to have the same person every time. She is excellent, devoted and flexible. She and my husband talk and laugh the entire time she is here. She really is a respite for both my husband and myself. She takes care of meal preparation and chores around the house, giving me a significant break. She is constantly offering to do additional things. Not only is Paul comfortable with her. The dog and cat love her. As Paul's condition progresses, I plan to add hours and I am confident she will be able to do whatever we need. I am a registered nurse by background, but I have learned a great deal about dealing with my husband's situation by talking to Heather. She is excellent.
