The staff has been very responsive. From our very first interactions with Melanie Heathcock to scheduling time slots with care givers the process has been easy and fluid. Melanie is amazing she help us get Sara transferred from Skill Nurse back into her home. My Mother start feeling better the very afternoon she was back in the House. I am so grateful for the help and this experience to-date.

There has been friendly and helpful information shared about how to get started with support in the home. The staff has been helpful, observant, and respectful in getting to know the routines and needs of the client. Communication from the office has also been helpful, encouraging, and attentive.

Jen is out caretaker and she is wonderful and hard-working.
I have had some communication issues. One aid didn’t show up on time. Another came which I hadn’t seen before and didn’t know what to do.
I appreciate my current supporter. She comes on time and knows how to do needful things.

The caregiver is very knowledgeable and kind. She has a such a humor that it’s all perfectly with both myself and advice. She is on time which is extremely important to me. If you’re not on time, you’re not gonna work for me.
The office staff are responsive and accommodating. Whenever I've had an issue with a particular caregiver, things have been adjusted according to my requests. Schedule changes with my regular caregiver are accomplished in a timely manner if I need to make them.
