I have been impressed by the professionalism at all levels. Meeting with the president is no different than meeting with the scheduler, the lead nurse or the day-to-day staff. All of them are focused on learning what we needed for our mother's care, and providing it in a timely and supportive fashion. They are upfront about what services they can provide, and how much those services cost, as well as being on top of scheduling staff in advance. Our mother is not the easiest person to work with so it says a lot that she is very happy with the staff assigned for her care. The family is also very happy with the staff as they routinely let us know what progress mom is making as well as what supplies or other materials need replenishing.
ComForCare provides a valuable service for families who wish to keep their loved ones at home. There are a variety of service options, based on the needs of the client. There is good communication from our Care Coordinator, Felicia, who is knowledgeable and down to earth, and a pleasure to work with. The care delivered by the two caregivers we have had has allowed me to get out of the house every week, and allowed my husband and I to have a lunch date once in a while which is nice.There's peace of mind knowing my brother, and our pup, Timmy, are in good, competent hands while we are out of our home. While we have not used it, I like knowing our care giver could cover us if needed on the week-end or for a special event. My husband set up the billing system and it has worked well for us, and we receive timely updates on the charges. Note: we do not want our names or personal information shared anywhere. Thanks.
Fast service and professional workers
I like the different care givers who have a variety of backgrounds. I also like that we are able to try out care givers to see if they are a good match to my mom. this is very important and is super helpful when work with care givers.
From my initial phone conversation asking for info to step by step set up of care done professionally and with compassion and support. Director, Office Staff and all aides friendly and understanding and proficient.

The aide is the day to day contact with the company. I have used aides in the past for my mother from other agencies. I went through one aide after another because they would fall asleep (night aides) and I was left attending to my mother. I went private because I saved money and got the best.
My husband is very ill and we had a long term care policy. Comforcare was recommended to us through a friend. People are the experience you get when you deal with any company. From the moment Jennifer arranged for Anita, our aide, to care for our needs we felt we were safe and comforted. Anita has been with us for nearly a year. She is the "Doctor" of home care. She has been doing this for a long time. She knows what will be the new need for my husband before I know. She is very sensitive to his concerns and gives him choices about his care when appropriate. Anita has taken a few vacations over the year. Our worry was who we were going to get to replace this perfect aide while she was gone. We have had 3 substitute aides when she traveled and they were all great. Comforcare looks for experience and kindness. They know what they are doing when it comes to Home Care Aides.
One issue I must stress is kindness on both parts. Anita is wonderful to us. We respect her and give her the kindness she gives us. If you treat people with love they will do the same. If you harbor anger or prejudices you will be treated with anger. These are aides are as expert in their job as you are or were in your job. By The way, I have always felt the aides were honest and trustworthy.

The schedulers take my request for the days I need an aide to help with the care of my Dad. They are very helpful and kind. My Dad has Parkinsons with dementia and the scheduler tries to assign Pedro to take care of my Dad.
Pedro the aide that takes care of my dad is kind, considerate and compassionate. Pedro has been taking care of my Dad ND hS a special bond with him and my whole family

You are very responsive whenever there is an issue, like a change in schedule. You always respond to our phone calls and work very hard to find a successful resolution. Your assistance in adjusting our payments to coordinate with the VA and Unum insurance was very much appreciated as well. We give you an A+ in service.
