The individualized care. I am not treated like everyone else. I am treated exactly like me. I have difficulty sleeping. My care required them to disturb me while sleeping,. They were very respectful of me and worked quietly and gently. On one particular occasion I had to ask if someone had come! She was so gentle and careful with noise and me that I never fully awoke.. i appreciated her thoughtfulness as that lack of intrusion yet continued care helped me significantly in my road of recovery.
Karen and my Mom have become friends and my Mom truly enjoys her company. In addition, she takes the initiative to cook and assist my Mom with personal care.

ComForCare Home Care has provided great care and support for my 81 year old mom. She likes her aide and is very comfortable with the service she is receiving. It gives me a peace of mind knowing and a good feeling that I go to work and do my daily activities knowing that my mom is in good hands. ComForCare has been heaven sent!
The people in the office are so friendly and willing to help. When I was looking for some to care for my mom, they introduced me to a few caregivers and let me choose the one I thought world be the best fit. They always check in with me to make sure everything is going ok.
Most of the aides that I have used have ranged from good to excellent. I have enjoyed their company and their work has been effective. Jean especially has been stuck getting me substitutes and has been successful in tracking down a good substitute almost 100 % of the time
