Student Testimonials
Palo Alto studio is very class. Edna class is the best
Excellent teachers and classes!
Excellent instructor, a good workout, nice studio. Felt great after a heated yoga class.
I have done two classes with Laura C.
Full disclosure, she is a good friend of mine. However, in all honesty her classes have been my top classes of the past year, from the other studios and places I’ve been in 2022. I like her soothing yet direct manner of speaking, her encouragement, and her music selection. Thank you!
Laura was an exceptional instructor and I loved her teaching style and class. The music was a wonderful bonus and the poses hit all the right muscle groups.
High quality of instructors, great programs, excellent music
I’m a huge fan of the variations and the slow burn! The music is also great and upbeat. It’s a whole vibe at Corepower Yoga and I love it!
Good variety of classes and they are all a little unique so it keeps it fresh. Teachers are super friendly and have great zen vibes. The location is awesome with easy parking so I’m not stressing before class. Happy I found y’all!
Laura was an amazing instructor. Her Yoga class provided challenge with appropriate rest. I am in good physical shape, and I like classes that make me feel like I accomplished something. Laura's class was terrific.
Love all the instructors for sculpt. They are enthusiastic and very nice. I am glad that more classes have been added esp both sat and Sunday. It’s also nice to have an earlier class in addition to the 6 pm on the weekdays as it gets so crowded.
Clean close studios with quality teachers
Consistent set of moves
No waste - teachers check you in themselves
Very fun Yoga Sculpt class. Sophia (Teacher) did a great job! Thank you.
Everyone is friendly.
Easy to use facility
Great classes!!
Great sculpt work out. Convenient location and class schedule. Would love to see more sculpt classes on the weekends. Instructors are nice, friendly and consistent.
The class and the instructor was good
Teachers are great, every class is a unique experience.., the sense of community is real.., even when you don't interreact on conventional ways.,
Everything!
CorePower Palo Alto is a great studio for one to practice and take care of oneself. All sessions are led by friendly and caring teachers.
Love the convenience of the studio. The classes and teachers are awesome!
The studio is awesome. The teachers are great, fun, friendly, and really helpful. I do really enjoy every class at the studio. Even though the studio is abit too small but it doesn’t effect the class.
I love the classes. It's a good, relaxing workout. I wish there were more early morning classes (5:30am or 6:00am for M-F), and Saturdays (7:30 or 8:00 am)
classes, i wish they had more 830-9am scheduled sculpt classes though
It’s a clean and comfortable studio. They did a great job with the space they have. Kelsie’s teaching was fine and as a veteran of many CorePower classes and studios she was well within her script. Although Corepower’s teaching philosophy is resistant to it, I would suggest giving instructors more creative license to experiment specifically in classes with advanced practitioners. For yoga beginners, I understand that familiarity with a sequence is comforting and easier.
Instructor was great
Laura - thanks for a fun and challenging YS + welcoming each student by name. It’s clear you care about your community!!
Like the combination of yoga, weights and cardio
Intimate space. Lovely vibe!
Bronwyn provided expert guidance for the yoga sculpt class. She was inviting, friendly, and helpful to us for our first time at this studio. She was acutely aware of all of the yogis in the packed room and gave impeccable cuing, and sequence which kept our bodies working hard and safe at the same time. Thank you!
Bronwyn was a great instructor who treated us out of town yogis as regulars to her studio.

I joined Core Power Yoga a month ago and experienced a variety of new class formats, some of which have become my favorites.
I especially like yoga sculpt classes by Melanie W and Bronweyn. Both of them give clear instructions together with great tips on avoiding injury and utilizing dumb bells properly.
C2 classes by Edna are also a favorite with well-balanced flows and sequences, in addition to more advanced poses.
I recently accompanied a novice friend in attending Amit's C1 class. He was great in providing options for both beginners and experienced students. I thought it may be boring me, Amit changed my mind about C1 class. My friend was so excited to give yoga a one-week trial using the promotional offer.
The late afternoon and evening class times fit me best.
The studio location at Town & Country is quite ideal. Parking is not difficult. There are several eateries nearby and grocery shopping afterwards is convenient at Trader Joe's.
