The studio is always clean, staff is welcoming, and it offers a nice variety of classes. My favorite is Fantasy Friday with Edna! It's good to flow, but so great that CorePower offers advanced classes where we can truly practice.

I like Edna Barr's class the most. Even the studio is old and small compare with other core power studio, but the studio is kept very clean. No sticky floor and odor

I like the Palo Alto Studio. I would not recommend the Santa Clara studio.

Core Power Yoga was challenging and focused my my body and mind. I enjoyed the teaching style and flow. When I finished I felt reset, and ready to take on the rest of my day with a relaxed body and clear mindset.

I love CorePower. I’ve been a member on and off for about 12 years now due to geographical reasons. I love the community, the variety of classes, all of the studios and the instructors.

Unfortunately, there are no CorePower locations in Kona, Hawaii Island or Maui County, hence the reason I’m not a consistent member. Please open a studio in Kona!!!!! When I visit Oahu, I go for a class or two.

Love the teachers at Palo Alto core power studio. All are very personable, some of them able to remember my name from my first class with them. Great cue and approachable after class so I can clarify some poses that are new to me.

Great location with a lot of variety in classes. The teachers have been energetic or calming depending on class and highly experienced. The location is always clean, smells good. I also love how they keep the classes warm to hot depending on class. Highly recommend for beginners and experienced yogis.

What a great class! Probably the most physically challenging class I've taken at CorePower Yoga. Very satisfying once finished.

On certain days, when I am in the mid-peninsula area, this is a great location for me - very convenient.
