The equipment, the facility, the staff, the diversity, the vibe. Some suggestions. Put more signs up advising members to take their calls in the lobby. A machine is missing when you replaced the old ones. The rotary torso machine which complements the lower back machine. Thank you.

I have been with the Y since I was eight years old, I am now 71 years old. The people and the experiences are lifelong and life changing. I also worked for the Y as an Assoc. Physical Director under Neal Allen at the North St. Mary's Executive Y in San Antonio and earlier came up through the Leaders Club, among the many opportunities at the downtown Y in Newark, NJ.
The Y is community and a community like no other. From infancy to Senior adult, there is a supportive, nurturing environment that can't be matched in my experience. The Y is a staple in my life, and I am blessed and grateful to be a part of an institution of integrity, joy and community that is the YMCA.
The Y is a warm home, a safe harbor and a place to share and call my own. Thank you.

We've been members of the YMCA for almost 20 years, the last 3 at the Boca location. My teenage daughter was our main reason for joining, she was homesick and needed friends and a way to meet kids, and your Leadership Club has provided that and more. We had been members at a Y in Buffalo, NY, and I was hoping she'd feel that same sense of belonging at the Boca Y. The experiences she's had through that club are worth every penny we spend there. She's grown so much as a person, and I fully credit James and the rest of the leaders with that. My younger daughter has also excelled in the running program and looks so forward to the camps every summer. There are a million options and activities to sign kids up for around town, but something about the Y just makes it feel like home.

Lovely people and very accommodating and flexible for a family schedule.
I love the arthritis water aerobics class at the Boca location. She teaches on Tues and Thurs at 8.
The Y is a great place to get involved and get fit. I love the variety of fitness classes. My favorite resource is the EGym machines. They are perfect for me. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. The people who go to the Y are the best - all ages and abilities.

Showers are a little dirty/mild in the textured tile but other than that everything is actually very clean.
Maybe some better ventilation in the shower area and a good cleaning would be great.

Everybody is friendly. The space is kept clean. I like the machine exercize program and the two pools (one is smaller and warm!).
I go to the Forever Fit class and I like it very much. Eileen is working all the needed muscle groups to keep us strong and independent. Great group of ladies attend this class
