The Y is very nice, friendly, and well-kept.
I work out at the Fitness Center almost every day. There are also varieties of after-school and family-orientied activities in the facility. I think it's very nice indeed for the community to have a place like the Y.

All employees are friendly and helpful. I have been taking training for about 6 months with Ben and the benefits for me have been great. He is definitely knowledgeable in training for older people. We have progressed with weights, cardio and flexibility as well as balance.

Daniella’s morning class are one of the reasons why I never thought of going anywhere else to look for fitness classes. Lastly, looking forward for the new aquatic team (coach Kayla and coach Turner) to keep growing.

The Intro Personal Trainer was very effective; duration not long enough. I love the fact that I cn stay on the NuStep. I have not had any other experiences, yet.
Variety of activities
I have always had a excellent experience at the Y with one exception. Last year the Pickleball nets were assembled by an employee of the Y. This year we are required to set up and take down. I think our membership fee should cover this accommodation.
