Friendly staff and good instructors. Not only a good gym room, but a great pool too.
I would love to see a plain old dance fitness class. I know Zumba is popular, but it isn't for me. I bet, there would be a good turnout for a class of that kind.
Great staff. Healthy family environment. Clean facility. BUT, must do better PR on some new programs like Senior Enhancement workouts.
I like the family- friendly atmosphere. The clientele are regular people of all shapes and sizes and there is racial and gender diversity among the membership and staff. The Y offers such a variety of programs and fitness options that there is literally something for everyone there. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The Y provides an excellent value for the cost of membership.
I like your group classes. Mornings I like the water classes they are very good for seniors
It is a very welcoming place and suitable for all ages no matter your skill level. I appreciate the flexibility available because of the hours that the fitness area and lap pool are open.

Love the group classes - Monday yoga with Julie is my favorite and I also like the Fitness Forever classes. Good instructors, even better than last year.
Jack Dempsey is the best. On a scale of 1 to 10 he is a 1000.

It is always clean, the locker rooms maintained and the people at the desk friendly and helpful.
Great staff courteous and helpfull. Men's rest room showers always clean. When the cardio machines break down they promptly repar them. Fun ...healthy place!!!!

updating or at the very least a very deep cleaning!
Everything! And lately I especially love the fact that Bethesda is associated with the Y. I was able to get excellent physical therapy there and then return to working out the proper way. And the staff is amazing.
