I like the variety, especially with the gym/workout equipment.
Due to my disability, I only currently use the pool and sometimes the therapy pool. I can really feel a difference in my upper body strength in the past year.
I like all the opportunities the Y offers to improve fitness, start new goals, develop new skills, all alongside other people in an encouraging and supportive community.
It is such a blessing to be able to know my child is cared for, connecting with other children, being creative & having fun while I get my necessary, much appreciated workout!
It is very easy to sign him in/out and the care team is always very kind.

Your instructors from aquatics to aerobics to yoga are all excellent. They challenge their students and want us to be better and have fun. I appreciate that they are friendly and caring.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. Help is available from anyone. I enjoy running into people I've met through workouts. The Y is clean and accessible. It's a great place to be.

I enjoy the swimming pools. Primarily the lap pool, but also the family pool for my grandchildren.
