I haven't enrolled in any classes yet. Right now I am focusing on strength training in the circuit area, trying to regain some strength and stamina. I am totally out of shape and taking it slow. I love the machines and the facility is so clean and pleasant. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I like the variety of classes! I also like that I can workout or attend a class while my children have their own choices of healthy activities or can hang in the living room lounge and do homework, etc. It is really a blessing to have a communal place for us all (3 teenagers and 2 adults) to find what we need in an exercise and safe family facility!
