My kids really enjoy coming to play and learn. The teachers seem to be always engaging with the kids.

Alicia Palmer teaches the Strength Training at 5:15 a.m. Alicia is positive, energetic, and delivers clear instruction. Alicia, thank you for always delivering your "BEST"!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

My wife and I use the elliptical machines and the weights. We like being able to make our time there efficient.

We joined last October and haven't participated in any classes, so far.

I love Strength Train Together. I am 61 and really can't keep up with Cardio classes and Boot camp anymore. Really happy with this class and the instructors are great!

Also doing a great job with all the new rules in place!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love the comfortable atmosphere the Y provides, people of all ages, shapes, and colors coming together to seek a healthier lifestyle. It's a non-intimidating place to exercise and socialize. For many seniors, the social factor is just as important as the exercise.

When the Y is open I like to visit every other day. I like to work out on the cable machines and use the pools.

We do not have a good experience with the Childcare
The supervisor is not friendly and she is rough with us, and some of who worked in the childcare, same thing
I hope that they will improve their dealings with the members, knowing that we complained more than once, but that did not work very seriously and it was not desirable to complain
