Great instructors, a wide variety of classes, 5:15 and 5:30am start times, clean, friendly staff, lighted parking area, and affordable.

Fun class, pleasant instructor, good music, friendly classmates -- parking was bad though -- it was raining. Having a back door makes so much sense!

Beautiful facility with SO much more than our Owasso Y. Much cleaner, better & more equipment, decent pool, sauna - so many things Owasso doesnā€™t offer. But for some reason we pay the same in dues.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Activities for all ages & then some.
Recently, participated in ā€œLive Strongā€ program. Realized Iā€™m not too old & beaten to a pulp. That cancers & their legacies need not define me. I Hope the program is offered again & room available for me.
Because of this program I was introduced to a wide variety of classes & trainers, health programs etc. And it was fun!
I felt all the cells in my body were rejuvenating ā€” even in my brain. Yea!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like that you open at 0500 and then the pool by 0530. This allows us both to workout, shower and still make it to work with time to spare. Also I appreciate the various machines that are available.
