I loved the 8:15 aerobic class. It was an excellent class but the music was too loud so I had to leave.
I've been attending Zumba classes at the YMCA, and I absolutely love the fun and inclusive atmosphere. Tanzy Taylor is such a great teacher, and she encourages us to have fun while working out.

Gym is very neat and clean. The machines are new and easy to use.
I really like Isabella’s class on Monday and Beth’s class on Friday. I wish there was a Thursday Senior class. I like that they don’t “Baby” us - they push us to work hard and we can adjust as we need to.
I love the classes offered. However, our Wednesday morning class of Defend was removed. Our new director, Lauren, is working on getting it back. I would like to see a cardio class of Defend offered at a 8:30 or 9;00 every Wednesday. There are several of us who are trying to meet at 8:30 on Wednesday to do a workout on YouTube.
Please put Defend back on our schedule.
The Centergy class is not fitting our need for cardio. And, from what I’ve observed, it is not well attended like our Defend class was when we had it every Wednesday.

Dickenson Y is conveniently located and has great equipment and facilities.
I really like the accessibility of the classrooms and exercise equipment.
The facility is clean and the environment is stress free. Unlike other gyms, I actually don't mind going. Most of the staff seem to care about their job.
