Friendly Staff and clean facility
The play and learn room is very clean, colorful, and inviting! The wonderful staff is super involved with the kids and very sweet. After a workout one day, I picked up my kids and the staff had done an adorable handprint craft with my daughter. It was so sweet and I loved that they took the time to do that.
I use the cardio equipment and weight machines. I like the variety of the equipment available. All the machines I have used have functioned well and smoothly. There are enough cardio machines that I have not had to wait for an open machine.

Great instructors and fun classes. Great work out area. Lots of machines and very large and open area for working out. But I would like more free weights in the main work out area.

I love the classes and the instructors! The instructors are all very attentive and give modifications for all levels of fitness, so no one feels bad about not doing everything. They emphasize that it is “your” workout and to do what is right for your body, not what your neighbor is doing.

Group exercise classes and the instructors are exceptional. I love the variety and frequency of class offerings. The facility is kept clean and front desk staff is friendly

Great Zumba instructors...especially Tanzy and Amanda. Great equipment. Great desk staff...especially Chris on the morning shift!
All I use are the weights and machines. Facility is well maintained and clean, staff are friendly and equipment is kept in good working order.
