they are easy to sign up for and there's no long term commitment. you can try them out to see if it works for you. there's a large variety of classes to select or just go and workout on your own. they have a lot of different kinds of equipment and it's well maintained with some new equipment as well.

The daily family YMCA is very handy to the citizens of Bixby. Staff there is very helpful and courteous. Although I had to put my membership on hold for an injury, they treated me with the most respect.
I just participate in the water exercise and I would definitely recommend it!!!
I am limited in what activities I can do at the Y. Both my husband and I enjoy water walking. He also swims. It gets us out of the house three days a week.

I have been enjoying the beginning Pickleball from 8:00 to 10:00 on Tuesday and Thursday. I have also been working out on the machines afterwards! Everyone is so friendly and accepting of beginners like myself! It is so much more than just a place to go to exercise! I have met so many new people and am enjoying it so much! I highly recommend! Would like to see an area to stretch added to facility. Maybe remodel the break room? That seems to be an unused area...

All facilities are well laid out for multiple offerings. Professional instructors such as Ron Sumrell in Okmulgee who KNOWS his stuff. Courteous adm staff. No food or smokeless tobacco allowed though some members secretly abuse it in Okmulgee.
