I visited the Daily YMCA to participate in a Mossa group fitness class called Centergy. Kandice was the instructor and she does a phenomenal job. The class is fun and effective and since attending I've told my friends about the program.

The “water exercise” classes are great as we have wonderful classes and instructors.
We love the barre class with Shannon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All the staff are so friendly to us! I'm so glad we signed up for the YMCA because it has been such a great experience.

The people there are super nice from Hope, Noah, Jim and the daycare lady that in the wheelchair. We have nice lifeguards like Paris Katie ( no longer with us here cause she moved) David; they're all very kind too. I love water volleyball. Only thing to complain is No ♿️ bathroom in locker room, no wet bathsuit ringer, there is not a family bathroom and the pool or hot tub need repair. I do wish we had more activities at night. Also I would love to buy YMCA products like shorts/ shirts/ towels /bags. Instead of free membership I get a points towards items that I can buy or purchase with a point system. I come because I am no longer depressed and I have made friends: I meet every week to play and have fun. I Love my YMCA and I been to a lot around the country in the USA. I Love talking to anyone and encouraging them to try My Bixby Daily YMCA. Good job 👏 👍 👌

There’s a lot to choose from and there’s several times available to join in activities.
Pickleball. Just wish the Y had more courts in Bixby.
My son enjoyed crafts, playing in the gym, and the movie. The apple pie with whipped cream was a special snack for the holiday that he thought was fun.
