I have enjoyed the classes in Owasso.
what I do like about the Y program is the variety of available activities and a full set of gym equipment pieces and associated equipment for a very fair monthly price.
Egym
I’m impressed by all new equipment. I recently rejoined the Y and mainly use the 11 body toning machines.

My wife and I use the E Gym. I like the availability of pickle ball, though I wish there were more hours available besides 10-12 Monday - Friday
Everyone is courteous and have a down to earth enjoy the atmosphere.
I like the opportunity to meet new people through the sports programs each seasons. I hate that they keep loosing sports directors every other month it feels like. I hope the conditions of this job get better.
I also notice there is some inconsistencies with enforcing the correct rules for the sports.

There set up for each person
I love the classes,especially the m8nd and body classes.
i really like the EGYM and the Yoga classes. The teachers are very good and give modifications for every level. the trainers in the gym area are attentive to the people on the equipment.

The eleven machine circuit and helpfulness of trainers . Fun programs for kids also. All of it!
I can’t remember the name of the boy that’s been teaching Amelia, but my husband and I have both been insanely impressed with what a good teacher he’s been. He’s so patient and good with all the kids. Amelia’s been a little nervous at the start of each class, but he’s helped a ton every lesson helping her feel comfortable. Amelia loves going to classes because of him!
