The Swing Out dance classes that "Bad Brad" teaches are wonderful. Brad is an excellent instructor - very knowledgeable and patient. He makes the classes fun and seems to be able to teach students of all abilities.

I love the positive, friendly environment among the members and staff. My wife and I have made the 8:15 yoga and core strength classes a part of our daily morning routine and have really come to appreciate the benefits it has had.
Good ymca operating hours and helpfull staff
I went around to several gyms since I have the Silver Sneakers Club card. I wanted the club I picked to be clean, friendly, and helpful. The Bedford Y was my choice,
My only complaint is the "down time" on out of order equipment. My regiment is on 12 machines and now two of them are down. One for about 3 weeks. Someone needs to pick up the baton and run with it.

The indoor track, EGYM and pickleball
The staff is always very friendly. The facility is exceptionally clean. The members are trustworthy. No issues with leaving phone a ear bud case in the open cubbies. When a station needs repair it is fixes promptly.
I was a member of 24 hour for six years until covid and the switched to LA for the next four years. Both had maintenance and housekeep9ng issues. The only advantage they had was price and location to my work.
Love the exercise rooms and weights. People are friendly and it's clean all over. Nice place to get your exercise.
Family friendly enviroment
Very clean facility and equipment. There is always something to do. It’s not too far from the house. With the growing communities in the area I’m glad they are building a bigger facility.

The staff, equipment, and services are all excellent (10+). The only drawback is the parking situation.
After properly registering my car, I have received parking violation tickets demanding outrageous fines.
While the tickets were handed over for resolution by the staff, it is still a hassle to get it straightened out. Your lot management company either needs to get its act together, or you need to look for another way to manage parking for the downtown Y.
If the problem persists, I will stop using the downtown facility.
