Upstairs track. Weight lifting facilities. Grandson uses baseball field. Baseball fields could use more shaded areas for fans

I enjoy the social aspects while exercising. The facility is comfortable- light and airy. The equipment is user friendly. Nice variety of classes with knowledgeable teachers.
I enjoy water aerobics- the Off the Deep End ladies are fabulous. Yoga, Pilates, and dance add variety. The e- gym is clever.
Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The Bedford Y is the epitome of community.
