I love the community atmosphere. Every time I go, I have a great conversation with someone. I feel welcomed and supported in my health goals. The instructors are amazing and love what they do! I recommend the Y to as many people as I can.

Well, organize exercise program with many options to choose to meet your individual needs. Instructors are excellent and very motivated to give you the exercise you need. Staff is friendly and courteous and always helpful. The facility is top-notch and is kept clean and well maintained.
I am glad to have our East Side YMCA site open, it's amazing , all the new equipment and the the state of arts bath/suite is lovely . Ms. First name removed Brown, the site directions and all the staff makes each visit a pleasure. Our community and the surrounding neighbors enjoys our new out doors swimming pool.
I usually only do workouts. However I am thinking about getting into a Yoga group. I do see many opportunities for all ages, so likely good stuff.
