I’m a new member, but I love how friendly, welcoming and helpful the staff all are. Everyone on staff that I’ve interacted with has spoken to me with enthusiasm. I was given a tour and shown around. The next time I came in I was recognized and greeted warmly. I took an indoor cycle class and the instructor learned my name and introduced me to a different instructor whose class I plan to take later this week. Everything feels very personal considering how large a facility it is. Also I am impressed by the app. I like being able to see the class schedule and sign up from my phone. I’ve already watched both live stream videos and videos from the collection. I’m looking forward to trying the recipes from the cooking tutorials. I’m grateful there are video resources for people with Parkinson’s and workout videos with accommodations for people with injuries or movement limitations. I’m so pleased with the Tandy location and staff and the high caliber of what I have access to with my membership.

It’s a bright, clean facility. Equipment is modern and well cared for and the classes cover most things I want to do.

I like the Zumba and cardio 101 classes.. I like the swim aerobics also, but haven't participated in them this year.

I enjoy the new YMCA facilities. I do think the pool is a little small compared to the rest of the gym but, definitely need to try more programs and activities.
I like using the eGym and the pool specifically but all of the equipment is well maintained and clean.
It's a beautiful facility. I have not used it as much as I would like, but I took some swimming lessons there that were very good. And I like the therapy pool. In the sauna is nice in the locker room is clean.

I like the equipment selection for aerobic exercise. Great that the TCC-Y has an actual stair climbing machine. The location is well maintained, thanks to the partnership with the TCC campus maintenance staff. Inside workout area is very bright with all the windows overlooking the pond; and the equipment is well spaced. It is an excellent facility. (Sometimes the soap dispensers in the shower area do not get refilled and that gets frustrating.)
Some of the aerobic equipment has been pending repair for a while.
