Great facilities
Personal training has been great!
The gym is clean and has all that I need to keep in shape.
I really like this ymca because it’s small and quiet and the front desk lady is nice, I’m an introvert so I like to use the gym here where it’s less crowded. However I really wish that they played music or something while I work out like the other ymcas do because it’s kind of awkward when there’s other ppl here & it’s dead silent & you feel like maybe you’re being too loud or making too much noise so you have to tippie toe around and be quiet like a mouse otherwise we hear each other moving around & breathing all hard from working out lol please consider putting music on so it’s not awkward. ;)

I like that new programs are started occasionally that may appeal to a new audience and create new interest among members.
Excellent equipment with a beautiful view of the Tulsa skyline. The staff is courteous, friendly and remembers my name. The staff takes my concerns seriously and addresses them. The facility is clean and there are plenty of clean towels and disinfectant to make sure the equipment is ready for safe use. I occasionally use other YWCA location because of special programs available only at that location or close vicinity to my current location in Tulsa. But, my number 1 preference for YWCA use is still TCC Metro YMCA.
The employees are pleasant to deal with and it's not too busy
The gym is amazing. It has a lot of equipment that is kept clean and in good working condition. The classes are tailored for any level and ability with lots of choices. And the staff is friendly and willing to help you and answer question. There are also personal trainers available if you want that.

There's nothing particularly unique about the programs. It's just the warm and friendly atmosphere that is so inviting.
They are open enough hours that I can do my workout whenever I want

Nice facility at TCC South. I appreciate the manager of this location seems to really care about running a good branch and she is always kind when members have questions.
It’s very peaceful. The staff are nice and the facility is always clean. If downtown had a pool I would only visit that location.

The camp is great for our kids and anybody over the age of 18 seems to have the experience needed , it is great. I can'
say that whoever is running the front desk is immature and they make excuses for not answering the phone. If it were emergency, you would not be able to get a hold of anybody. I've sat in the lobby and called them and watched them forward its voicemail right in front of me while playing on their phone . Olivia is great and goes far beyond the call of her job Description overall the camp is great,
