I am new to the Y, but very impressed by Tandy Family Y. I do miss having access to an indoor track but have been walking in the building when weather precludes a neighbourhood walk.

They Owassa branch is the best the branch in Tulsa on 51st St. and Darlington was very hateful and disrespectful so I would not refer anyone to go there and I will not go back if anyone wants to know the reason they may contact me Patricia Martin

dry sauna mens does not work a lot of the time
I just use the gym right now both reg and the egym. I am working with a personal trainer Sheldon Lee, and he is the perfect trainer for me. I don’t feel like I have to be all buff to use the gym either, as it is a gym for all. I haven’t done water aerobics for awhile now, but those classes were fantastic also.

I love the fitness classes offered as well as the instructor’s that I have encountered. The YMCA is a very inviting community and I have met so many wonderful people along my fitness journey at the Y. My older kids have always played sports there and even workout there as well. I also recently had a baby that’s 8weeks old and the daycare workers have been exceptional. I really love the family I have gained from the Y
