the emachines are great, they allow you to come in anytime and use them, if there arn't too many people using them. Maybe more of these types, more variants?

Great choices for water exercise. 4 pools! Plenty of activities for children, Lots of lifeguards who are attentive. Clean, well designed dressing rooms. Separate family changing area . Enough parking, enough lockers. Open 7 days a week. Very friendly, helpful staff at front desk.
At Owasso, The friendly helpful staff and the e-gym is an absolute wonderful way for seniors! Plus the different activities available like pickleball etc..the pool is great as well!

Trainer was excellent- class as well.
I would like something ongoing- strength training.
Suggestion- Strong Women? As a 80+ - long past “girl” identity- can imagine women responding to that and I would certainly be interested.

I love the aquatic classes. The indoor pool is a great help to me with my arthritis issues, and both attendees and staff are great!

They were accommodating for me to switch my son's lessons to a later time. And after a month of constant contact they reimbursed my payment as I was overcharged for my membership. I have enjoyed communication with each member I've been on contact with which is GREAT!
The app is easy to use for the drop off child care. The team there is always happy and seems like they enjoy being there with the kids as well. The gym itself is extremely clean, and provides almost everything one would need.
