I have been working with Mike and Lindsay for many years involving the sale of two homes and the acquisition of two homes. The Strands provided unique insight on each sale and went above and beyond my expectations to make sure every opportunity was maximized. In the latest sale of my family cabin, the Strands created a beautiful brochure and video, and advertised heavily before the house was placed on the market. The result was an almost immediate sale at full price in a market that was soft due to high interest rates. The Strands also worked hard to ensure the time between contract and closing proceed as smoothly as possible including the closing itself. Thank you Mike and Lindsay!
