We had absolute confidence in Nikki, due to previous experience as well as our realtors' recommendation. And Nikki did NOT disappoint. Even with the challenge of a closing delay and additional documents for an escrow agreement, she didn't bat an eye, remained completely patient and flexible. Nikki's also a good communicator at the closing table, explaining each document, the reason for it, and answering any questions (at every point along the way!)
