Mary Kay was professional and friendly. It went off without a hitch from me, the buyer. I got prompt service from both Nick and Mary Kay r/t documents and loan questions. I thought it strange when the seller's realtor asked me how she was to get the money from the sale of the house, so there may have been a mis-communication on that side of the deal.
