The title agent, Nick Grabowski, was very knowledgeable. He informed me of issues that I was not aware of. He also went out of his way to help solve a problem with the title, by driving to Forest Lake to get a signature on a quit claim deed, in order for my title to be cleared. He was polite, patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this title company.

Jennifer Cornelius is a very good closer - professional, but also approachable. She answered the questions I raised and also invited me to call her if I have any questions. I have had the pleasure of closing with her twice in the last three months. The receptionist was friendly and I didn’t have to wait. I appreciate the fact that I could close at the office that was convenient for me.
