I have been with Edina Realty for 5 years and have used Edina Realty Title many times. I have won offers because I was going to use Edina Realty Title! Our Title agent from Edina Realty was fantastic she did everything she could to keep her composure and smile through out our 5 hour and 38 minute closing for this $175K FHA Twin Home closing. I don't know what the issues were as my focus was entertaining my buyer for 5 hours and 38 minutes.
I believe they were on the FHA lender side.
99.9% of all my Edina Realty closings are flawless. This one was a little shaky!

closer explained everything buyer requested answers too. She sent him all the paperwork a day earlier as she was told he would read it word per word. With that, we closed in 40 minutes
