This was a quick turn around cash deal that only gave them 18 days to get it closed and the sellers were out of state. They all pulled together and did a great job and it closed on time. They all get a 10++++!

We pre-closed early. Everything went very smooth. On the actual closing day, we waited for the call that the buyer's signing was complete (which was very quick as well) and they arranged for us to pick up our check at an Edina Realty closer to our new home. It was like clockwork. Thank you Edina Realty! Great experience all around!
