I also appreciated that our real estate agent (Pam Wilson) was there as well for support. Pam and her team did an excellent job keeping us updated and explaining things as we moved through this process.

We are so pleased with our agent and the outcome of the sale. Our agent was a friend of my sister, so we started off comfortable with the person giving us advice on things we needed to do and things we might want to do after the passing of my 98 year old mother's home.
The home was 64 years old, with my parents being the only owners, it needed a lot of TLC before we could put it on the market. Our agent guided us with things like paint color, decluttering and even helped us find people that could do some of the work we needed done and were not knowledgable enough.
Besides all of the above help, I always felt comfortable calling if there were problems and/or concerns with the whole process.
Other than our agent, we also had help from an assistant of our agent and the closer who were also very well informed, friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the whole process.

It was not an easy close as seller signed documents were missing right up to close. Jessika and her team kept me in the loop were able to help the transaction close as scheduled.
