I cant say enough about realtor James "JJ" Johnston. An online review would not do him justice. Chris Lindahl billboards should be burnt down. Its not about a guarantee offer. Selling your house has multiple stages and for us it was an almost two year adventure. So many avenues along the way. Many obstacles pop up. James was there for everyone. Guiding us, calming us, and most importantly helping us accomplish every goal we set. I work in the events business. I have pride myself on how ive supply customer service the last 20 years in that business. What i saw James do for us opened my eyes to a new level of customer service. I will never get what i got from James in service. He is smart, A hard worker, and he has pride and tremendous service in what he does. I feel bad for people who make the most important and expensive purchase of their life without James "JJ" Johnston by their side. I rarely give "10" on any survey. Never in my life have i had a service go beyond 10. With James...i dont know where that number would stop. That is the type of service i received with him and because it lasted over a year, i am truly amazed. Thank you James from the bottom of my heart you truly are the greatest worker ive ever come across and a great human being. Im extremely sad ill never buy a house again.

Very professional. Had it all together. Everything was ready to sign. Flexible because of rain and my husbands disability. Kevin rescued us as my husbands power chair seat belt got tangled in his wheels in exiting the VAN. Escorted us into building with umbrella. First class closing all the way.

OMG!!! Danielle was absolutely awesome. The seller was 88 years old and he required a lot of explanation and attention, she was absolutely the BEST!!!
I haven’t used Edina Title in many years due to bad experience and I do believe I am confident once again with Edina title thanks to Danielle. 😊
